DI Mag. Rafael Rasinger
Rafael is an experienced leader with a proven track record in the international trade and development industry. He possesses a range of skills including leadership, negotiation, coaching, international business development, event management and team building. Rafael holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and in Electronics from Technikum Wien (University of Applied Science). He also completed additional studies at Universidad de Cadiz, University of Nebraska and University of Latvia. He spent 10 years working for a business consulting firm, 2 years heading the research of an innovation-startup in Upper-Austria, and 12 years with the internationalisation agency ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA. He was responsible for innovation and technology internationalisation and now leads the Innovation & ScaleUp section at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien and invests in and mentors startups as a business angel (i2b.at, aws.at/aws-i2-business-angels, gin-austria.com).
